CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ITEMS ARRIVE? Orders received by midday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after midday may be shipped the same day, if not, they will be shipped the next day. This is subject to the items ordered being in stock with us. Some items ship out to you directly from the Paul Frank warehouse and these items may take a day or two extra to reach you.
Most of our customers say that they receive their order within 1-5 working days, however, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
All order shipping is subject to payment card authorisation and it is important to give us a contact phone number and email address incase of any problems with your card.
HOW MUCH DOES POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?
Postage is just £2 for no matter how many items you order from us.
WHAT CARDS CAN I USE FOR PAYMENT? We accept the following: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We have a very relaxed returns policy. We understand that buying over the Internet isn’t the same as actually trying something on in the shop and that often the item you are buying is a gift for someone.
You can return items for a full refund within 14 days of it arriving with you. Our aim is to make sure you are happy with your purchase from DOUBLE SIX STORE so once the 14 days are up items can be returned for store credit provided we receive the goods back within 6 weeks.
As with all stores, we do ask that items be returned as perfect with all tags attached. Sorry but we cannot accept goods back that have been worn.
If you just want to swop an item for something different simply send back the unwanted (and unloved!) items with a note explaining what you would like us to send out to you instead. Please put a contact phone number in case the items you want are out of stock.

We suggest that you use a secure delivery method such as Recorded delivery, which offers a tracking number; unfortunately at this time we are unable to cover the postage costs of returning items to us.
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY EXCHANGED ITEMS?
Please allow us 7 days from receipt of a return to process the exchange. We will send your first exchange free of postage. If you are returning an item for refund please note that we refund items every Friday and it takes about 3 days for the money to show up as a credit on your card.
WHAT IF AN ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
We only advertise items on our website that we hold in stock but in the unlikely event that the item you’ve ordered isn’t in stock we don’t charge your card and we will contact you straight away to let you know how soon we can get more stock in and to find out if you would like an alternative sent out to you instead.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU PUT FRESH PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE?
We try and update our website with fresh new Paul Frank products as often as possible. If there is an item you can’t find on the website that you want please contact us and we will contact Paul Frank to see if they have stock of the item you are after.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Simply email customer service at info@doublesixstore.com with your changes or cancellation wishes. All emails are reviewed before orders are processed.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
We take the privacy of our customers seriously. If you have given us your contact address in the process of purchasing from our store, entering competitions, or subscribing to our website then we may contact you with information about new products, special deals or competitions. You can opt to unsubscribe from these types of communications at any time. We will never sell or rent any details such as your name, address, email or personal information to any third party.
